What can the MSP use the MDF for?

Any lead generation activity! Bring ideas to us so we can work with you on how we can help.

What can’t the MSP use the MDF for?

Anything that cannot be measured or doesn’t yield an ROI. We are very numbers-based.

What is the average/range of funds you give MSPs?

It depends on the partner’s level and revenue, but we have a healthy budget of MDF we want to use to help our partners.

Requirements to receive the funds: MDF is paid out after the completion of the marketing activity.

Can you give us one or two examples of success stories of MSPs using your MDFs to gain more MRR?

One partner used MDF to create a partner-branded case study with white paper assets. It helped them build brand awareness since they used a local customer within that particular (customer) community. We also have another partner that we are providing MDF toward doing TMT marketing, such as Small Business Tech Day. It’s a big, exciting annual event that highlights technology trends in their space, such as TMT’s expertise in networking.
