Threatlocker Marketing Development Funds (MDF) For MSPs

How do MSP partners get access to your MDFs?

Partners must meet the requirements to achieve Gold Partner status with Threatlocker, and then they can request MDF from their account manager. If you’re unsure who your account manager is, reach out to the Threatlocker contact listed below.

Are there any forms they must fill out?

MDF is requested through the account manager, and there are no forms for the partner to complete.

What can the MSP use the MDF for?

MDF funds must be used to promote Threatlocker endpoint security and be preapproved by Threatlocker. Work with your account manager on your ideas!

What can’t the MSP use the MDF for?

Non-marketing or non-promotional activities.

What is the average/range of funds you give MSPs?

The MDF a partner qualifies for is equal tot average monthly invoice or 10% of their spe a year, annually.

Requirements to receive the funds:

In order to receive funds for the marketing activity, an invoice must be provided.

Can you give us one or two examples of success stories of MSPs using your MDFs to gain more MRR?

One of our partners uses MDF to help defray the cost of producing their annual educational event, which brings customers and prospects together to discuss all the services they provide. This creates the perfect environment to both increase existing customer account revenue and secure new customers. By leveraging MDF they have with Threatlocker and other vendors, they are able to produce a high-value event that reinforces their reputation as trusted advisors.
