How do MSP partners get access to your MDFs?

Partners can learn about and get access to our MDF program and materials by booking a one-on-one meeting (booking link: https://calendly.com/partnermarketing-jv/partner-program-mdf) or by getting in touch direct with the CyberQP team.

Are there any forms they must fill out?

Yes, a partner must submit an MDF request form clearly stating the reason for the request, the dollar amount needed, the time frame in which it will be used and how the funds will provide a benefit for both of our businesses.

What can the MSP use the MDF for?

MSP partners can use the MDF for any digital or in-person occasion that will provide value for both CyberQP and the partner. If you have questions about whether a marketing campaign can be reimbursed, just ask!

What can’t the MSP use the MDF for?

Every MDF request is evaluated on a case-by-case basis, but things like personal or internal employee salary/expenditures are not allowed.

What is the average/range of funds you give MSPs?

$500 to $1,200.

Requirements to receive the funds:

Funds can be given up front and before the marketing activity, but CyberQP must receive an itemized receipt of the transactions made with the funds after the activity. We also require that the partner fill out our MDF request form, which will provide us with all other necessary information.

Can you give us one or two examples of success stories of MSPs using your MDFs to gain more MRR?

One of our partners wanted to be unique and memorable at a community event that many of their leads would be attending, and they asked CyberQP to help with sponsorship fees. We came up with a plan to help with the costs where CyberQP logos were placed on all the wine bottles served at the event, which resulted in exposure for both CyberQP AND the MSP partner.

Another MSP partnered with us to host an end-user lunch and learn for their leads and clients not using CyberQP yet. CyberQP funded the food for each attendee, and we performed a product demo presentation. Our partner was able to convert the majority of the attendees into clients, and it was key in gaining ad option to onboard the CyberQP Self-Service App.
