What can the MSP use the MDF for?
MSPs can use the MDF program for different purposes, such as webinars, live events, customer training, marketing campaigns, and other activities.
What can’t the MSP use the MDF for?
We like to track and measure everything we do, so we can’t fund things that don’t have a measurable return on investment. We also can’t cover expenses like travel costs (hotels, flights, etc.) or salaries for our own employees.
What is the average/range of funds you give MSPs?
Up to $75K to cover 50% of spending on marketing activities.
Requirements to receive the funds: We ask our partners to follow these steps to get funded:
- Present your campaign idea and objective during your business review
- Propose and get approval on KPIs
- Submit budget
- Calculate ROI
- Submit proposals/receipts/invoice
- Get funded
