Anything! We are very liberal about how MDF can be used.

Right now, there are not limitations, but we will likely start restricting the use of MDF for salespeople’s compensation.
What is the average/range of funds you give MSPs?
It is based on White Label revenue the partner brings in, so the larger the revenue the MSP partner brings in, the more MDF available.
Can you give us one or two examples of success stories of MSPs using your MDFs to gain more MRR?
We worked with one partner who was able to grow 30%+ in one year, and they received the equivalent of one month’s service charges. In one case that was $50k, in another case, it was $40k.
