No, we work direct with the partner on requests.

What can the MSP use the MDF for?

We treat MDF as the partner’s money, so any activity can use MDF as long as it’s tied to Adlumin. This would include the ability to use it for headcount (sales, tech, or marketing). Many MSPs use our MDF to promote their cyber security service and add the tagline “Powered by Adlumin.”

What can’t the MSP use the MDF for?

Anything that doesn’t have a direct tie to Adlumin.

What is the average/range of funds you give MSPs?

We have two different budgets for MDF. For our new partners, we do something unique. We will seed new partners with MDF to help kick-start the partnership, and there are no reporting requirements around it. All we require is a list of attendees/leads/opportunities, and we will normally work those leads together, which increases the partner’s close rate.
