MSP Partner Playbook With Tonya Gentry: Channel Chief Michelle Ragusa-McBain On The “Reimagined” SonicWall

SonicWall’s revamped SecureFirst Partner Program went into effect in February and the company introduced its SonicPlatform at the RSA Conference in May, a management platform designed to unify SonicWall products into a single integrated interface. Both are the culmination of the 33-year-old cybersecurity company’s recent steps to make its partner program more MSP friendly and build out its product roadmap, including the acquisition of MDR vendor Solutions Granted at the end of 2023 and SASE provider Banyan Security in January of this year.

Tonya Gentry of Big Red Media/MSP Success had a recent conversation with Michelle Ragusa-McBain, who joined SonicWall in May 2023 as vice president, North America channel chief along with a handful of new executive leadership. With more than 18 years of partner experience, Michelle has successfully led, developed, managed, and grown channel ecosystems at Cisco, Office Depot | CompuCom, and JS Group.
