Finalists for the second annual MSP Titans of the Industry Awards have just been announced. Presented by MSP Success, the awards recognize the MSPs who are making a difference for their customers and community through excellence, innovation, and commitment. The winners will be named at a red-carpet, black-tie Awards Gala on December 10, 2025, at the iconic Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, California.

The evening will feature special celebrity guests, including Mike Rowe, Emmy award-winning TV host, producer, narrator, podcaster, spokesman, and author. Rowe is best known as the creator and host of Discovery Channel’s Dirty Jobs. There will also be live music, parties, networking, photos, and much more throughout the event.
“Building on the success of last year’s inaugural awards, the level of participation and enthusiasm we’ve seen this year has been incredible,” says Jeff Johnson, president of Big Red Media, parent company of MSP Success. “It speaks volumes about how much MSPs value recognition for their hard work, and the quality of this year’s applicants continues to raise the bar.”
Who Are the MSP Titans of the Industry?
The 30 awards categories include regional providers, vertical industry providers, and specialty categories such as veteran-led, women-led, minority, led, under 40, and more. There are up to 10 finalists in each category. These categories are not restricted by size, revenue, or longevity in business and were open to MSPs of all sizes.
The 2025 Judges
A panel of judges, all industry titans in their own right, will be choosing one winner from each group of finalists. This year’s judging panel includes:
- Dan Wensley, CEO of the Global Technology Industry Association, the only vendor-neutral, non-profit membership community connecting and representing the worldwide IT channel. Wensley is an industry veteran who has spent 30 years in the channel. Most recently, he served as a strategic advisor and former CEO of ScalePad and operating advisor to Top Down Ventures, a venture capital company that has invested in MSP-focused businesses, and before that served as president of Passportal.
- Kevin Lancaster, CEO and co-founder of Channel Program, the world’s largest channel-focused technology marketplace that has pioneered how service providers identify emerging technologies, visualize tech stack gaps, and manage their vendor contracts. A serial entrepreneur, Lancaster has invested in, founded, and nurtured industry-leading technology firms, including ID Agent.
- Paul Cissel, CEO of Growth Caddie, M&A Expert in Residence with TMT, and senior advisor with Service Leadership. Cissel is a seasoned C-level executive with 45 years of IT industry experience. He is the serial founder of three startups, each of which were successful exits to strategic industry companies with venture/private equity backing. Along the way, he had a unique vantage point while engaged in dozens of M&A situations to interact with many owners during their own exit.
- Robin Robins, founder of TMT and MSP Success. For over 20 years, Robins, as head of TMT, has helped more than 10,000 IT business owners generate stronger recurring revenue, increase sales, and build loyal client bases that fuel lasting success. She initiated the inaugural MSP Titans of the Industry Awards in 2024 to recognize the hardworking men and women in the MSP business, something she believes was long overdue.
The Qualifications
The judges will choose the winners based on these three key parameters:
- Excellence: Customer satisfaction/customer experience, service delivery, profitability percentage, YoY consistent growth, etc.
- Innovation: Influence (author of a book, podcast host/guest, local media appearances, speaking engagements), new additions to service portfolio or new markets, partnering and affiliations, and more.
- Commitment: Involvement in the community/giving back, employee satisfaction/employee experience, etc.
