Glitz and glamour were on tap at the inaugural MSP Titans of the Industry Awards Gala, held last night at the iconic Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, California.
Presented by MSP Success, the red-carpet, black-tie Awards Gala recognized 25 MSP rockstars and unsung heroes with MSP Titans of the Industry Awards. The winners were chosen for making a difference for their customers and community through excellence, innovation, and commitment.
In addition, Robin Robins, CEO of TMT and MSP Success, presented Kaseya CEO Fred Voccola with the MSP Titan of the Channel Award to recognize the transformational impact he’s had on the industry this year, with innovations from Kaseya that aim to raise the profitability and efficiency of MSPs. And Rob Stephenson, CEO of Thrive, received the MSP Titan of the Year Award.
Adding to the excitement, eight MSPs received outstanding partner awards from their vendor partners. The Gala also featured two celebrity guests, comedian Jay Leno and basketball legend Magic Johnson, plus dinner and dancing at the after party.
There were more than 2,000 nominees overall for these brand-new international awards. An esteemed panel of judges selected the winners from an impressive list of finalists. The judges were Paul Cissel, CEO of Growth Caddie, M&A Expert in Residence with TMT, and senior advisor with Service Leadership; Kevin Lancaster, CEO of Channel Program, the world’s largest channel-focused technology marketplace; Gary Pica, founder of TruMethods, an MSP training program and peer group that ensures predictable sales growth, outstanding customer service, 25-35% net profits, and increased net worth; and Robins, who has advised over 10,000 IT services firms around the world, from start-ups to multimillion-dollar MSPs.

Recognition Long Overdue
Robins, who delivered the MSP Titans of the Industry Awards, noted that recognition for the hardworking men and women in the MSP business has been long overdue. “Our first MSP Titans of the Industry Awards was a smashing success. We had more than 2,000 nominees. Every one of the winners deserved that walk down the red carpet for all they do to keep small and medium businesses across the U.S. and around the globe productive, innovative, and protected. Next year, this event will be even bigger as more and more people start to recognize the critical role MSPs play in the economy.”
