We’ve invested in marketing and expanded our sales team. Before, I didn’t recognize the value of spending money on marketing. Now, we’re looking for marketing opportunities. There isn’t a week that goes by where we don’t have at least one direct mail campaign going out. Sometimes, we do two a week, plus weekly emails, monthly newsletters, and postcards.
