Partner Impact Award Winners Honored at the MSP Titans of the Industry Gala ’25

The second annual MSP Titans of the Industry Awards Gala lit up Beverly Hills earlier this week to celebrate some of the channel’s brightest stars with a night full of glitz and glam. Worth special note are the recipients of the Partner Impact Awards, those recognized and honored by major vendors in the industry for exceptional partner relationships and aspirational success stories.

Here’s what the vendors had to say about their winners.

The Winners Circle

Kaseya Community Involvement Award: NEXTGen IT, Trevor Hardy, President and CEO

Why They Won: “NEXTGen IT embodies the true spirit of community involvement within the MSP community. Through collaboration, knowledge sharing, and a commitment to elevating peers, the organization has made a meaningful impact on the broader community. Its leadership consistently strengthens relationships, fosters collective growth, and champions innovation. Beyond business success, the MSP’s dedication to service, including its charitable initiatives supporting children and veterans, demonstrates a level of community leadership that extends far beyond technology,” Kaseya says.

In particular, “They have a mission-focused mindset to security, compliance, and operational excellence. This clarity of purpose has guided both internal culture and client success.”

Cytracom Partner Impact Award: PC Techware , Russell Wyatt, CEO and Owner

Why They Won: “We chose Russell Wyatt because he showed what it looks like to fully embrace the Cytracom platform and turn it into real business transformation. He made ControlOne the foundation of his entire service model and used it to deliver consistent, secure experiences across commercial clients, private-equity groups, and even high-net-worth families. His work demonstrated impact at a scale and depth that clearly stood out,” says Cytracom

Of particular note are the “two complete service offerings PC Techware built around Cytracom. [PC Techware] reduced network support issues by more than 99 percent, cut deployment times from hours to minutes, delivered new recurring revenue streams, and maintained a clean security record for two straight years. Those results set them apart immediately.”

Field Effect Industry Transformer Award: Sera Brynn, Jeff Farr, CEO

Why They Won: “Jeff Farr is this year’s honoree because his impact extends across every corner of the MSP ecosystem. He has led MSPs through every phase of growth, but what truly sets Jeff apart is the way he invests that experience back into the community. Through consulting, conference speaking, and his work in peer groups, he shares what works, what doesn’t, and what he wishes he’d known sooner. Within Field Effect, Jeff has been a vital partner whose candid perspective has shaped our program from the ground up. He has consistently been the “voice of the MSP” inside our organization, helping us understand what matters, where to improve, and how to work more effectively with the MSPs we serve. Field Effect is stronger today because Jeff has been willing to push, guide, and challenge us in meaningful ways,” Field Effect says.

Kaseya Partner Excellence Award: Far Out Solutions, Zaid AlChalibi, COO

Why They Won: “Far Out Solutions exemplifies the qualities this award represents. They have demonstrated exceptional top-line and bottom-line growth while maintaining a high level of operational efficiency and organizational maturity. By strategically leveraging Kaseya’s solutions, they have achieved measurable success, delivered outstanding value to their customers, and built a solid foundation for sustainable long-term growth. Their commitment to excellence, innovation, and collaborative partnership truly sets them apart as a leader in the industry,” Kaseya says.

Of particular note, “Far Out Solutions stands out by offering the entire technology lifecycle under one umbrella including IT, cybersecurity, cloud, compliance, VoIP, low-voltage infrastructure, and internet management. Their strategy has fundamentally changed how property management firms approach technology partnerships.”

NinjaOne Evolution Partner Award: Techvera , Bill Tyndall, Founder and CEO, and Gabriel Sierra, Director of Growth and Strategic Partnerships

Why They Won: “This is a time of tremendous change in the market, and MSPs are under increasing pressure to adapt their business models to address expanding client needs. Today, endpoints include every device used to access business data or networks: PCs, Macs, tablets, phones, wearables, and IoT devices. Techvera not only understands this new reality, but embraces it, and is building services that help clients manage and secure this broader, more complex environment,” says NinjaOne

OpenText Cybersecurity Premier Partner Award: Lentner Technology, Sean Lentner, Principal, and Katherine Lentner, Director of Business Development

Why They Won: “Lentner Technology represents the blueprint for what a vendor and MSP relationship should reflect. Between collaboration, trust, and transparency, Sean Lentner has helped OpenText build an MSP Program that truly works for partners. Through shared goals and vision, we are both committed to each other’s long-term growth and success,” says OpenText. “Lentner’s biggest success is their ability to establish clear business strategies for emerging niche technology. Their ability to pivot quickly and provide value beyond traditional managed services/break-fix is what separates them from the rest of the pack.”

Pax8 Outstanding Partner of The Year Award: Nucleus Networks, Jennifer Roy, CEO

Why They Won: “We chose Nucleus Networks because they represent everything this award is meant to celebrate. Their leadership, their heart for community, and their commitment to doing things the right way has made a real impact across the entire Pax8 ecosystem. Nucleus doesn’t just participate; they show up with intention, elevate the conversations around them, and raise the bar for what true partnership looks like. Whether it’s engaging in Pax8 programs, supporting and speaking at our Pax8 hosted events, contributing thoughtful insights to our teams, supporting fellow MSPs, or championing innovation, Nucleus Networks continues to push our industry forward,” Pax8 says.

“Nucleus Networks is the kind of partner who shares openly, supports generously, and lifts others up as they grow. They embody the spirit of ‘we rise together,’ and it’s one of the strongest markers of their leadership.”

ThreatLocker Cyber Hero Titan of the Industry Award: hiTech Computers, Robert May, Director of Operations Management

Why They Won: “Robert is highly creative in how he leverages ThreatLocker solutions. He consistently finds effective ways to apply each module to strengthen security,” ThreatLocker says.

In particular, HiTech’s proactive approach to application access and security has been critical to their success. “They don’t treat allowlisting and Ringfencing as “set-and-forget” tools. Instead, they regularly audit application use, permissions, and behavioral patterns, ensuring policies stay aligned with real operational needs. This disciplined review process helps them tighten controls without disrupting productivity. [Additionally,] they follow a consistent, methodical approach when rolling out and managing allowlisting and RF policies. By standardizing how rules are created, validated, and updated, they maintain strong security hygiene across every organization they manage, reducing risks and preventing configuration drift.”
