It was a busy week in the channel. On the West Coast, Nerdio, a management platform for Microsoft cloud technologies, held its annual NerdioCon partner conference in Palm Springs, California, and rolled out a new version of Nerdio Manager for MSP. On the East Coast, CyberArk held its Impact partner conference in Boston, revealing new solutions and enhancements for its identity security platform. MSP Success had boots on the ground at both events so if you weren’t there, be sure to check out our coverage.
And that’s not all. Find out below what N-able rolled out at its partner conference in Germany, what new integrations RMM/PSA vendors are adding, and what company founded by two Datto alums got acquired. Plus, we’ve got the scoop on channel movers and shakers and where they are now.

N-able Announces Vulnerability Management and Adlumin Breach Prevention for M365
From the Empower partner conference in Berlin, Germany, this week N‑able announced the upcoming launch of a vulnerability management feature for its UEM (unified endpoint management) products, N‑central and N‑sight. The new built-in feature will allow MSPs and IT organizations to identify, prioritize, remediate, and report on vulnerabilities across all major operating systems. The single unified view will provide continuous visibility to vulnerabilities, rapid prioritization, and can leverage automated workflows for remediation.
The built-in vulnerability management feature gives techs details like severity scoring and CVE details, allowing for rapid prioritization across endpoints on Windows, Mac, and Linux.
These benefits complement existing capabilities, including continuous scanning for new devices on the network and comprehensive software management (inventory, install, uninstall), helping to better manage and protect the attack surface.
Looking ahead, N‑able said it plans to expand services to include network vulnerability management and cloud vulnerability management.
Adlumin Breach Prevention for Microsoft 365
N‑able also announced the expansion of its Microsoft Cloud management and security capabilities with Adlumin Breach Prevention for Microsoft 365—now part of the N‑able Ecoverse. This newest addition helps protect IT infrastructures, defending against account takeovers, credential theft, and unauthorized access.
N-able acquired Adlumin, an XDR/MDR company, last November.
The newest addition to the N‑able Ecoverse, Adlumin Breach Prevention for Microsoft 365 ingests Microsoft 365 telemetry and applies machine-learning models to develop baselines for every user and detect when they deviate from expected behavior. It stops potential threats by dynamically adjusting the response level to match the threat’s severity.
“Cybercriminals are increasingly targeting identities, and these identity-based attacks are happening more than you think. This isn’t a choice. Businesses need flexible, effective security solutions to survive,” said Robert Johnston, GM, Adlumin, in a press statement. “Adlumin Breach Prevention for Microsoft 365 gives businesses of all sizes a way to help defend with proactive threat detection and remediation, from anomalies to suspicious behavior—triggering automated responses to help contain the threat.”
Partnerships & Integrations
CyberFOX and Syncro Announce Strategic Integration
CyberFOX, a global cybersecurity software provider, integrated its advanced privileged access management (PAM) solution, CyberFOX AutoElevate, with Syncro’s RMM/PSA platform.
The integration of CyberFOX AutoElevate enables just-in-time (JIT) admin login, reducing the risk of shared admin account credentials and saving technicians’ time.
“Our partnership with Syncro is another step forward in our mission to provide MSPs with simple, effective security tools that integrate seamlessly into their daily workflows,” said CyberFOX CRO Adam Slutskin, in a press statement. “By joining forces, we’re helping MSPs increase security without sacrificing efficiency or budget.”
“AutoElevate brings seamless privileged access management to the Syncro Marketplace, filling a critical gap for MSPs,” said Andy Cormier, channel chief at Syncro, in a press statement. “Properly managing user-level accounts has long been a pain point for MSPs everywhere, causing endless frustration and headaches for technicians and their customers alike. AutoElevate eliminates this problem entirely with an elegant, intuitive solution that works just as well for technicians as it does for the end users they support.”
The CyberFOX and Syncro integration is available now through the Syncro App Center.
NinjaOne Launches Zendesk Integration
NinjaOne, an RMM/endpoint management platform, announced an integration with Zendesk, a ticketing and ITSM solution. The integration provides real-time visibility into both NinjaOne and Zendesk and includes insights for endpoint ticketing, monitoring, and management, providing a complementary view of the status of endpoints. Alerts detected in NinjaOne automatically generate a ticket within Zendesk, allowing IT teams to investigate and remediate issues in real time. This accelerates the time and reduces the resources required for routine incident resolution tasks.
In addition, the integration gives technicians role-specific information (like device status) without having to leave their application, allowing them to track, triage, and resolve issues faster and more accurately, according to the companies.
“Integrating NinjaOne and Zendesk means that previously manual tasks, such as creating tickets and filling out asset management information, are now automated, simplifying day-to-day operations for technicians and allowing them to focus on strategic initiatives and overall service delivery,” said Jason Maynard, CTO at Zendesk, in a press statement.
M&A – Vendors
DNSFilter Acquires Zorus
DNSFilter, a cybersecurity vendor that provides content and threat filtering at the DNS layer, has acquired Zorus, which offers endpoint-based web filtering and user behavior analytics. This strategic move extends DNSFilter’s filtering capabilities and reinforces its commitment to MSPs, according to the company.
“This move brings together the best of both worlds: DNSFilter’s unmatched AI-driven threat intelligence and Zorus’ deep understanding of the MSP space,” said Ken Carnesi, CEO, DNSFilter, in a press statement. “DNSFilter was born in the MSP world, and this acquisition reaffirms that commitment. Brett [Cheloff, Zorus CEO] and his team bring serious talent and focus—they live and breathe MSP. They’re not just joining us; they’re helping lead the charge. Together, we’re building something that raises the bar for what MSPs should expect—and this is just the beginning.”
Zorus was co-founded in 2017 by two Datto alums: Greg Gage, former director of R&D at Datto and current CTO of Evo Security; and Najaf Raza, former VP of international operations at Datto and current GM of Unitrends, a Kaseya company. Zorus was a portfolio company of Datto founder Austin McChord’s Outsiders Fund.
Forcepoint Acquires Getvisibility
Global data security provider Forcepoint completed its acquisition of Getvisibility, a pioneer in AI-powered data security posture management (DSPM) and data detection and response (DDR). The acquisition strengthens Forcepoint’s ability to deliver full-lifecycle data security—from discovery and classification to real-time risk mitigation—across hybrid environments, cloud platforms, and GenAI ecosystems.
Forcepoint and Getvisibility had partnered for over two years before the acquisition. This combination makes deeper integration possible.
As part of the transition, Brosnan joins Forcepoint as global engineering lead for DSPM, and co-founder Ronan Murphy comes onboard as chief data strategy officer.
