Kaseya announced its Spring 2025 release today with new capabilities to automate workflows, enhance the end-user experience, and strengthen security posture ahead of Kaseya Connect, taking place April 28-May 1 in Las Vegas. There, the company will debut the latest evolution of Kaseya 365.
“Innovation is not just part of our roadmap—it’s embedded in our DNA,” said Jim Lippie, the newly appointed chief product officer at Kaseya, in a press statement. “Each enhancement in this release is a direct response to the evolving needs of our customers, enabling them to work more efficiently, securely, and profitably.”
Here’s a look at some of the enhancements.
IT Glue Automations, Future Features
Kaseya announced automated SOP Creation inIT Glue. Cooper Copilot now generates step-by-step SOPs in real-time, streamlining documentation and reducing manual effort.
“The average MSP has about 250 SOPs in their IT Glue, and I’m guesstimating it probably takes them about 15 minutes per SOP,” says Nadir Merchant, GM, IT Glue. “This takes it down to a few minutes. If we do the math on that, we’re talking about very, very substantial time savings.”

Merchant says techs can modify the SOP after it’s created, updating steps where the tech may have made mistakes. In addition, they can add “some additional color commentary, such as, in this scenario, do this, and in some other scenarios, pick the other button to the right. So they can augment the documentation with those additional details.”
Looking ahead, Merchant says they will be extending this feature to the RMM, so a SOP can be automatically generated from a remote-control session.
Another area of focus will be checklist capability in IT Glue, he adds. “You’re going to see a bunch of new features around checklists that’ll be coming out throughout the year, so things like being able to track the history of the execution of a checklist, improvements to the way we organize and manage checklists, including things like folders. Better permissions, better connections between checklists and the rest of your documentation. So checklists are really going to get a big overhaul throughout the year.”
Kaseya will also be expanding IT Glue’s offline mode, which works for passwords currently, to support documents. “So people will be able to use it to access their SOPs and their checklists in the event that it goes offline. That’s going to happen this year.”
