Barracuda launched the Barracuda Partner Success Program last December. While it’s the cybersecurity vendor’s first global partner program, Jason Beal, vice president of worldwide partner ecosystems, characterizes Barracuda as a “channel-loyal, channel-centric company for 20 years.”
Beal, a channel veteran, joined Barracuda in October 2022, after leading channel and partner strategy at AvePoint. Previously, he worked in channel roles at Palo Alto Networks and Ingram Micro. In this conversation with Tonya Gentry, chief sales officer for Big Red Media and MSP Success, he discusses how Barracuda’s shared success model is designed to help MSP partners monetize and protect their customers for life. He also highlights some key industry trends impacting partners and provides a sneak peek at a new addition to the partner program coming in September.
