Industry Icons Chosen for Judges Panel
Four of the industry’s most respected leaders will helm the judging process. Collectively, they bring decades of channel insight and experience to the table. From M&A experts to marketplace innovators, these judges know what it takes to stand out—and they’re ready to recognize those who do!
This year’s judging panel includes:
- Dan Wensley, CEO of the Global Technology Industry Association. Wensley is an industry veteran who has spent 30 years in the channel. Most recently, he served as a strategic advisor and former CEO of ScalePad and operating advisor to Top Down Ventures, a venture capital company that has invested in MSP-focused businesses such as Cork, ScalePad, and Empath. Before that, he served as president of Passportal, which N-able acquired in 2021. Wensley took the helm at GTIA, the rebrand of the previous CompTIA Community (the membership arm of CompTIA), in May of this year. GTIA is the only vendor-neutral, non-profit membership community connecting and representing the worldwide IT channel.
- Kevin Lancaster, CEO and co-founder of Channel Program. A serial entrepreneur, Lancaster has invested in, founded, and nurtured industry-leading technology firms, including ID Agent (acquired by Kaseya in 2019). His expertise has reshaped the IT channel landscape. His track record speaks volumes, with channel programs under his guidance generating over $5 billion in revenue across commercial and public sectors. Channel Program, founded in 2021, is the world’s largest channel-focused technology marketplace. With a mission to empower MSPs, Channel Program has pioneered how service providers identify emerging technologies, visualize tech stack gaps, and manage their vendor contracts.
- Paul Cissel, CEO of Growth Caddie, M&A Expert in Residence with TMT, and senior advisor with Service Leadership. Cissel is a seasoned C-level executive with 45 years of IT industry experience. He is the serial founder of three startups, each of which were successful exits to strategic industry companies with venture/private equity backing. Along the way, he had a unique vantage point while engaged in 58 M&A situations to interact with many owners during their own exit.
- Robin Robins, founder of TMT and MSP Success. For over 20 years, Robins, as head of TMT, has helped more than 10,000 IT business owners generate stronger recurring revenue, increase sales, and build loyal client bases that fuel lasting success. An entrepreneur herself, Robins built TMT from the ground up to a thriving, eight-figure company. She initiated the inaugural MSP Titans of the Industry Awards in 2024 to recognize the hardworking men and women in the MSP business, something she believes was long overdue.
Who Is Eligible to Win an MSP Titans of the Industry Award?
The MSP Titans of the Industry Awards judges will be evaluating award applicants on these key parameters:
- Excellence: customer satisfaction/customer experience, service delivery, profitability percentage, YoY consistent growth, etc.
- Innovation: influence (author of a book, podcast host/guest, local media appearances, speaking engagements), new additions to service portfolio or new markets, partnering and affiliations, etc.
- Commitment: involvement in the community/giving back, employee satisfaction/employee experience, etc.
The 20-plus awards categories include regional providers, vertical industry providers, and specialty categories such as veteran-led, women-led, minority-led, under 40, and more. These categories are not restricted by size, revenue, or longevity in business.

The winners will be announced at the Titans of the Industry Awards Gala on December 10th, 2025, at the Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, California. The black-tie, red carpet event will also feature celebrity speakers, VIP experiences, and special guests.
