SuperOps, an all-in-one RMM-PSA platform for MSPs, is on the move.
The company started 2025 with a $25 million investment, bringing SuperOps’ total funding to $54.4 million. Founded in 2020 by serial entrepreneur Arvind Parthiban and Jayakumar Karumbasalam, SuperOps plans to use the new funding to expand its AI research and development, scale its offerings for midmarket and enterprise MSPs, and further extend its global reach.
The funding comes on the heels of some major announcements in 2024. These included the introduction of Monica, a hyper-contextual AI guide that analyzes the MSP’s dataset to deliver personalized insights, automate routine workflows, and accelerate decision-making. SuperOps also unveiled Project Vision X, which empowers MSPs to visualize customer profitability and the processes and automation they need to introduce or change within their business to scale operations profitably. Finally, SuperOps became the first RMM/PSA on the Pax8 marketplace.
Heading up the partner community for SuperOps is Juan Fernandez, an industry veteran the company tapped as channel chief in 2023. A former MSP, Fernandez is co-author of The MSP Handbook.
