Wildix Stakes A Claim In Salesforce Market With New X-Bees Communication Platform

Wildix, a global Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) provider, launched an AI-driven communication platform called x-bees today at the company’s Wildix Americas Partner Days, taking place this week in Nashville, Tennessee. X-bees provides deep integration with the Salesforce CRM solution and brings voice, video, messaging, and conferencing into a single interface.

The Salesforce Opportunity feature within x-bees eliminates the need to switch between applications. It allows users to manage leads, access contacts, and capture notes, all within x-bees, and communicate across in-office, remote, and hybrid teams, according to the company. The platform also supports custom Salesforce deployments, so organizations can tailor workflows and optimize communication across all customer-facing and internal operations.

What MSPs Need To Know

For managed service providers, x-bees “is giving them another offering that they can take to their client base,” says Jason Uslan, global vice president of sales at Wildix. Uslan, who was appointed to the newly created role in May, previously held sales leadership and executive roles at RingCentral. “I think x-bees provides our partners with the ability to upsell into their current customer base as well as cross sell.”

Jason Uslan

Uslan tells MSP Success that Wildix worked closely with Salesforce on the integration. While x-bees is a sales-led collaboration solution, he says it’s applicable for all roles across an organization. “It’s geared towards sales in a way to make the entire company better, not single sourcing it just for sales,” says Uslan.

Additional features of x-bees include real-time data and predictive analytics, transcription, translation, and sentiment analysis; Instant communication across devices and locations; and AI-assisted scheduling and task reminders.

Further, says Uslan, x-bees is “easily deployed, easily used, and easily managed.” Salesforce is the largest CRM provider in the world, he notes, and organizations of all sizes use it. “A lot of companies now are looking for a simple [collaboration] solution to deploy, but one that is global in scale, one that can offer them the ability to do voice messaging and video, but also incorporate some of the AI technologies that they need to use in their day-to-day life. I know there are a lot of MSPs that need an offering like that to add on to their current solutions.”

Wildix licenses the x-bees solution per seat, Uslan says. Pricing is around $20 but fluctuates based on volume, length of commitment, and payment terms. However, he says, Wildix is “100% channel focused” so MSPs set their own pricing. “You’re going to see that we’re very, very competitive in this price. But I’m also happy that we empower our partners to go out to their customer base and control that conversation from a financial point of view. We’re here to support them, but it’s their customer, it’s their sale.”

More Partner Training

Wildix has been working to enhance its training and certification processes for MSPs too. It rolled out a new e-learning platform in June. The platform also offers personalized content, including training materials and webinars designed to refine skills and increase competitive advantage in the market. It includes specialized series, such as a LinkedIn sequence dedicated to best practices for MSPs and targeted modules on demand generation and customer retention.

As for the new x-bees, says Uslan, “I think for an MSP it’s a dream product. I’m hoping that we can start to get the word out there so that they know we’re here and we want to support them as they continue to look for new products to provide their customers.”
