What’s new in the Kaseya Community:  May 2026 roundup

May marked one of the most exciting months in Kaseya Community history. From major product innovations and new ways to influence our roadmap, to the launch of MSPsuccess.com. Along with that came new opportunities to collaborate directly with Kaseya leaders. The community continues to grow as the destination where MSPs learn, connect and help shape the future of IT.

Here’s a look at what’s new and noteworthy from May 2026.

Kaseya H1 2026 innovations: Community ideas driving real change

We announced our H1 2026 release, with an impressive lineup of innovations across the entire platform, aimed at helping our customers automate operations, strengthen security and improve service delivery. Notably, many of the innovations featured in this release originated directly from ideas submitted and voted on by members of the Kaseya Community.

Some of the standout innovations in the H1 2026 release include:

  • Digital Specialist for Ticket Triage in Autotask, using AI agents to intelligently classify, prioritize and route tickets
  • Kaseya SIEM, delivering unified threat visibility and response
  • Kaseya MDR, powered by Kaseya Intelligence
  • AI-powered Smart Insights for Datto RMM
  • Kaseya Assist for IT Glue
  • Community-requested enhancements including Windows ARM64 support, ransomware rollback support for ARM64 devices, and behavioral analysis engine optimizations in Datto EDR and Datto AV

Every vote, comment, and idea submitted through the Community Ideas portal helps influence future product investments. Seeing customer-generated ideas make their way into released products demonstrates the power of community-driven innovation.

Welcome to the new MSPsuccess.com

We recently launched the all-new MSPsuccess.com, our new learning hub designed to help MSPs grow, scale, and improve profitability.

The site brings together expert guidance, proven business frameworks, industry insights, and practical resources into one destination. Whether you’re looking for operational best practices, marketing strategies, sales guidance or leadership development content, MSPsuccess.com is designed to help you build a stronger business faster.

Just as importantly, MSPsuccess.com serves as a gateway to the Kaseya Community—the heartbeat of MSP learning, collaboration and growth. Together, MSP Success and the Community create a powerful ecosystem where MSPs can learn from experts, connect with peers, and turn insights into action.

Be sure to check out the launch announcement from our EVP, Channel, Dan Tomaszewski. And if you haven’t already, explore the new site and bookmark it as a regular resource for your MSP growth journey.

Introducing the Community Advisory Council

To strengthen the connection between our members and Kaseya leadership, we launched a new Community Advisory Council.

The council brings together a select group of engaged customers, partners and community leaders who provide strategic feedback on community programs, engagement initiatives and member experience. Their insights will help shape the future direction of the Kaseya Community while ensuring member voices continue to influence key decisions.

This is another important step in making the community more collaborative, transparent, and member-driven. Interested in joining the Kaseya Community Advisory Council? We’d love to hear from you. Send us an email to learn more.

Early access groups give members a first look

May also marked the launch of our new Community Early Access Groups program.

These groups provide community members with exclusive opportunities to preview upcoming innovations, provide feedback before general availability, and directly influence product development.

Our first Early Access Group focused on Autotask’s new Digital Assistant Ticket Triage feature, giving participating MSPs an opportunity to experience AI-powered ticket routing, and providing valuable feedback that helps shape the final product experience.

Watch for future Early Access Group opportunities across additional Kaseya products throughout the year.

New content and Community highlights

The Kaseya Community has been buzzing with new content, conversations, and opportunities to learn from peers and industry experts.

Weekly insights from Gary Pica

Chief Community Officer, Gary Pica, has been sharing weekly business growth insights designed specifically for MSP owners and leaders. These practical lessons cover profitability, operational maturity, sales effectiveness, leadership, and business strategy.

If you’re not already following Gary’s posts, now is a great time to start.

More product ideas ready for your vote

Dozens of new product ideas were added across our Ideas portal, giving members more opportunities than ever to influence future product roadmaps.

Your votes and feedback help product teams prioritize the features and enhancements that matter most to MSPs.

Quarterly product innovation updates

We hosted five quarterly product innovation updates covering:

  • Autotask
  • Datto RMM
  • IT Glue
  • Security solutions
  • Backup and Cyber Resilience solutions

Each session provided roadmap visibility, recent release highlights and live demonstrations from product leaders. If you missed any sessions, recordings are available on demand so you can catch up whenever it’s convenient.

Shipped ideas: April recap

We continue to highlight community-submitted ideas that have moved from suggestion to reality. Our April Shipped Ideas recap showcased multiple customer-requested enhancements that are now available across the Kaseya platform.

1,000+ Community contributions in May

One of the strongest indicators of our community’s strength is the incredible level of peer engagement. In May alone, community members generated more than 1,000 posts, comments, and answers, including valuable peer-to-peer responses to dozens of product and business-related questions.

Every answer shared helps another MSP solve a challenge faster, making the community more valuable for everyone.

Thank you for helping build our Community

The Kaseya Community continues to thrive because of members who share ideas, answer questions, provide feedback, and help one another succeed.

Whether you’re voting on roadmap ideas, participating in an Early Access Group, sharing feedback, learning from Gary’s weekly insights or helping a fellow MSP solve a problem, your contributions are shaping the future of our products and our community.

We’re excited about what’s ahead in the second half of 2026, and can’t wait to continue building it together.
