Community roundup: AI launches, product updates and one lucky MSP

July 2026 brought partner-driven product innovations and AI announcements from Kaseya Connect Europe. It also featured new Kaseya University training and leadership insights for MSP owners.

Whether you’re looking for the latest product updates, business advice or ways to get more value from the Kaseya Community, here’s a look at some of the highlights from the past month.

Product innovation starts with your ideas

One of the most rewarding parts of the Kaseya Community is seeing customer ideas come to life as real product enhancements.

Each quarter, we recognize product enhancements that originated in the Kaseya Community Ideas Portal, where partners submit feature requests, vote on ideas and help shape future product development. This quarter was no exception, with new key capabilities delivered across BullPhish ID, Datto SaaS Protection, myITprocess, vPenTest and VulScan.

Highlights include reusable security awareness campaign templates in BullPhish ID, improved Microsoft 365 reauthorization management in Datto SaaS Protection and expanded reporting and executive insights in myITprocess. Streamlined Autotask integration for vPenTest and more flexible multi-tenant ticket mapping in VulScan rounded out the release.

These enhancements all began with real-world feedback from MSPs looking for better ways to serve their customers and run more efficient businesses.

If you’ve ever wondered whether your feedback makes a difference, this quarterly recap is proof that it does. You can catch up on all the latest anytime at Kaseya.com/innovations

Relive the biggest announcements from Kaseya Connect Europe

Kaseya Connect Europe delivered one of the company’s most ambitious product innovation keynotes to date, showcasing how AI is being integrated across the Kaseya platform.

To give everyone a refresher, whether you attended in person or not, we published five innovations covering the keynote’s biggest announcements.

The series explores how intelligent automation is transforming service delivery, strengthening cybersecurity, improving cyber resilience and helping technicians work faster through contextual AI. It also provides a behind-the-scenes look at the technology powering Kaseya Intelligence, including the Digital Workforce and the reasoning architecture that enables trusted, explainable AI across the platform.

Taken together, these sessions paint a clear picture of where managed services are heading, as AI isn’t simply being added as another feature, it’s becoming part of the workflows MSPs already use every day.

If you missed the keynote or want to revisit the biggest announcements, this series provides the complete story.

Community feedback continues to shape the platform

One month after launching the Kaseya Community Advisory Council, we’re seeing meaningful progress driven directly by member feedback.

Recent improvements include making unread discussions easier to identify, expanding Community navigation and updating in-product links that connect IT Glue users directly to the Community Ideas Portal.

Work is also underway on several larger initiatives.

Search improvements remain one of the most requested enhancements from members, and our platform provider is actively developing new capabilities. These include improved sorting, expanded filtering and better ways to surface recent and relevant discussions.

Behind the scenes, we’re investing in AI-powered reporting to better understand Community conversations at scale. These new capabilities will help identify emerging trends and detect duplicate ideas. They’ll also highlight customer priorities and provide product and engineering teams with more meaningful insights into what matters most to our members.

We’ll continue sharing progress as these initiatives evolve.

Leadership insights for MSP owners

July also featured two insightful articles from industry leaders focused on helping MSP owners make better long-term business decisions.

In Peer Groups: The Difference Between Accountability and Networking, Dan Tomaszewski explains why the most valuable peer groups do much more than facilitate conversations. The best groups create accountability, challenge assumptions and help business owners focus on the priorities that truly move their companies forward.

Gary Pica followed with The Exit Decision Most Business Owners Get Wrong, exploring the often-overlooked personal and financial considerations involved in deciding whether and when to sell an MSP. Drawing on his own experience building, selling and acquiring businesses, Gary encourages owners to evaluate the value of their business. He also explores the opportunities that may come after an exit.

Together, these articles offer guidance for MSP leaders thinking beyond day-to-day operations and planning for long-term success.
