Kaseya Community end of summer highlights & insights 

Last month, the Kaseya Community was busy learning, sharing and connecting, celebrating how our members recharge outside of work and getting to know the partners helping shape what comes next. 

 Here are a few highlights from the end of summer. 

Summer Snapshot Challenge: 4 photo-happy winners! 

We asked Community members to step away from the tickets, alerts and dashboards for a moment and show us how they unplug when work gets hectic. 

The result? A four-way tie! 

Congratulations to Tara Glascock, Tom Fehlberg, Alexandra Cawley and Benny Van Den Heuvel, who tied for the most Community votes in our Summer Snapshot Challenge. Since our members couldn’t pick just one favorite, we decided all four deserved to win. 

Each winner has a summer barbecue prize pack headed their way to keep the celebration going. 

Thanks to everyone who shared a glimpse of life outside the MSP world and to everyone who voted. 

Meet the partners helping shape the Kaseya Community 

Who better to help us build a stronger Community than the people who use it every day? 

The August Partner Spotlight pulled back the curtain on the six members of our Community Advisory Council: Maricel Miranda, Steven Richardson, Tom Fehlberg, Paul Phillips, Sukhjit Singh and Phill Hodgkinson. 

These partners work directly with the Community team to share feedback, identify opportunities and help shape improvements to the member experience. Better ways to surface information and create a stronger feedback loop between members and Kaseya are helping us evolve the Community around the needs of MSPs. Meet the Community Advisory Council members and hear their advice for fellow MSPs.

You asked. Our experts answered. 

In August, we asked Community members to send us their toughest BullPhish ID questions and our product experts got real with the answers. 

Partners asked how BullPhish ID could make security awareness campaigns easier to manage at scale, including automating phishing template selection and deploying training across multiple organizations. The team shared that phishing template randomization and multi-organization training campaigns are both targeted for Q4 2026, while other partner ideas around onboarding, notifications and campaign customization are helping inform future priorities.
