April marked a defining moment for the Kaseya Community—one that goes far beyond a product launch. With the general availability (GA) of the new Kaseya Community platform, a surge in partner engagement and strong in-person activations at Kaseya Connect and TMT BootCamp, the Community is quickly becoming a central hub for collaboration, innovation, and MSP success.
If the goal is to build a space where partners don’t just consume information but actively shape the future of the platform, April proved that vision is already taking hold.
The new Kaseya Community is live
The biggest headline: the new Kaseya Community is now officially live.
Designed to be more than a traditional forum, the platform brings together peer collaboration, product feedback, education, and support into a single experience. It’s a place where MSPs can connect with peers, engage directly with Kaseya product teams, and influence roadmaps in real time.
This launch reflects a broader shift in how Kaseya partners with customers, moving from one-way communication to ongoing collaboration. The Community is now a living ecosystem where ideas are shared, refined, and delivered.
And partners are already leaning in.
In April alone:
- Over 2,000 new customers joined the Community
- Over 200 new product ideas were submitted
That level of engagement signals something important: MSPs aren’t just looking for tools, they’re looking for a voice in how those tools evolve.
From idea to impact: Q1 shipped ideas recap
One of the strongest proof points of the Community’s impact is the Q1 shipped ideas recap: available inside the platform for logged-in members.
Each quarter, Kaseya highlights product updates that started as partner ideas and are now live. It reinforces a simple message: your feedback drives real change.
The results span key products MSPs rely on every day, including BullPhish ID, Dark Web ID, myITprocess, SaaS Alerts, Uniview, and VulScan.
A few standout examples:
- BullPhish ID: A partner flagged that MFA training content oversimplified key concepts. The result is improved training accuracy that better educates end users.
- Dark Web ID: Two enhancements improve investigations. Table settings now persist, and sorting helps prioritize password-related risks.
- myITprocess: Multiple updates improve efficiency and compliance. New templates, faster QBR duplication and Microsoft Teams integration help save time and improve consistency.
- SaaS Alerts: A new IP address trust score filter improves detection accuracy and reduces false positives.
- Uniview: Enhanced alerts include clearer subject lines and more context, helping technicians’ triage faster.
- VulScan: Support for CIDR notation and flexible IP ranges simplifies scan configuration.
Individually, these updates may seem incremental. Together, they show a feedback loop that is working.
The takeaway is clear: participation in the Community is a direct line to shaping the tools you use every day.
Kaseya Connect: Community in action
While the digital experience continues to grow, April also showcased the power of Community in person at Kaseya Connect 2026, held April 27–30 in Las Vegas.
With over 3,000 partners in attendance, the event brought the MSP ecosystem together, and the Community played a central role.
The Community Lounge became a go-to destination on the show floor. It gave partners a place to recharge, connect, and have meaningful conversations with peers and Kaseya team members.
One of the highlights, was a series of unscripted AMA (Ask Me Anything) sessions with product leaders.
These were open conversations where partners could ask questions, share feedback, and suggest ideas live.
Sessions covered:
- Datto RMM
- IT Glue
- Autotask
- Kaseya SIEM (announced as GA at the event)
- Datto EDR + AV
This level of access removes barriers between partners and product teams and helps accelerate innovation.
There was also room for creativity.
A LEGO-building contest invited attendees to build and share creations in the Community for peer voting. The top three winners will receive Star Wars LEGO sets. More importantly, the activity reinforced a core idea: Community isn’t just about work, it’s about connection.
Extending the experience: TMT BootCamp
Earlier in the month, the Community also showed up at the TMT Boot Camp event in Dallas, the first under the new MSP Success umbrella.
With over 1,500 partners in attendance, BootCamp extended the Community experience into another live setting.
The Community Lounge served as a hub for conversation. Partners shared what Community means to them and how they want to engage. These insights are now captured in video content available inside the platform.
This alignment between events and the digital Community is intentional. It ensures engagement continues after the event, where ideas can be developed and acted on.
Why it matters for MSP growth
From an MSP Success perspective, the momentum behind the Kaseya Community ties directly to key growth drivers—especially operations, innovation, and peer collaboration.
For MSP leaders, the value shows up in several ways:
- Faster problem-solving through peer insights
- Greater operational efficiency from real-world product improvements
- Stronger influence over the tools that power their business
- Deeper connection to the MSP ecosystem
The Community is not just a support channel, it’s a strategic asset.
Looking ahead
April set a strong foundation, but this is just the beginning.
With thousands of new members, hundreds of new ideas and a growing pipeline of Community-driven innovation, the pace isn’t slowing down. Expect more shipped ideas, deeper engagement and expanded Community experiences, both online and at events.
For MSPs who haven’t yet engaged, now is the time: register now.
Because the most important takeaway from April is simple: the Kaseya Community isn’t something you watch from the sidelines. It’s something you help build.
And the more you put into it, the more you and the entire MSP ecosystem get out of it.
